The organizers have released the full nominations for the 15th Headies Awards.

The 2022 awards ceremony, set to hold in the United States in July, marks the first time in history that the prestigious show will hold outside the country.

Since yesterday when the full list of nominees for the awards has been shared, there’s been a ton of conversation about who deserves what and why.

While many people are praising The Headies for being inclusive this time, eyebrows have been raised by some major snubs.

For instance, former DMW artiste, Mayorkun didn’t get nomination in any category this year.

Recall that last year, he was in the Artist of the Year category alongside Wizkid, Davido, and others.

How bad are they saying he has fallen for him not to secure even one this time?

Another one is CKay, who has also failed to grab a single nomination as a lead artist, not even R&B or something for his “Boyfriend” EP, or R&B song for a song like “Felony.”

This has caused an outrage online indeed as CKay not getting a nomination doesn’t sit well with many people.

They should have also given Victony one nomination at least.

There is no way you nominate Portable ahead of Victony for Rookie of the Year. Make it make sense.

Okay, you don’t want to give Victony?

What happened to Jaywillz?

Even Asake (he came around the same time as Portable, by the way, so he’s not too new apparently).

Joeboy got one nomination but only in the Viewer’s Choice category which is a shame because the guy dropped one of the best albums last year.

Most of the categories they nominated Teni’s album to, Joeboy’s would’ve been a better pick.

Of course, not everyone who deserves to get a nomination usually gets it.

For instance, I understand why an artist like Cheque might fail to grab one even though he’s had a stellar outing with his “Bravo” album. But the others are just unacceptable!

Now the question is 👇🏼

Which Artist Do You Strongly Believe Deserves At Least One Nomination?
