Tinubu government promises to end Banditry, Terrorism and Kidnapping in the North very soon

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured the people in the north that very soon he will find lasting solutions to banditry, terrorism and kidnapping in the region.

This assurance was conveyed at the 9th convocation of the Federal University, Dutsinma, in Katsina, where Tinubu was represented by Professor Abdulkarim Mohammed, the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University, Dutse, Jigawa State.

Addressing the gathering, Professor Mohammed conveyed the President’s dedication to combating insecurity directly, noting that this is a priority for the government.

Tinubu also highlighted the essential role citizens play in achieving national security, urging them to support the government by reporting suspicious activities to security agencies.

He reiterated that governance is a collective effort, stating, “Governance is not about the presidency or those in places of leadership but about Nigeria and Nigerians, who will make the country better.”
