The Inspector-General of Police, IGP, Kayode Egbetokun, has opined that the police job is the best in the world.
The IGP stated this during his two-day working visit to Edo State where he advised men and officers of the Edo State Police Command to be unequivocal and honest in their actions with the general public.
Egbetokun urged the officers to do give their all, serve the people to the best of their ability and show patriotism of the highest standard of integrity and public trust.
He said:
“Police job is a job you do and people will pray for you.
It is also a job you do and people will give you the opposite of prayer.
So, it is you, the policemen, who will decide which one you want.”
