World mad people day celebrated in Kano (Photos, Video)

A viral video shows the moment a group of people dressed in rags are seen parading the streets.

According to a tweet posted on Tuesday by one of Nigeria’s foremost military blogs, ZagazOlaMakama, the event was held in Kano.

Sharing a video and photos, ZagazOlaMakama wrote, “Today in Kano, they held ‘World Mad People Day’.”
